But you still couldn't search the whole thread, only a page at a time. If you came late to a really big thread...that could be a lot of page clicking. Just as time consuming as scrolling. Cobra you view oldest first right? So lots of scrolling I would think.

I do, but I don't go into excessively long threads. I don't think they intend for us to have them anymore under this set up.
