Ya, I don't get why people hate the ps controller, I have large hands and I find the controller comfortable.. Also same for interface, I mean its clean, what's not to like.
Btw they released some new pictures of ps4 interface and it looks really good. Still has that fresh clean look :)

I'd bet money that I have the largest hands on this site, yet i have no problem going back and forth between the ds3 and the 360 controller.

It really is just a matter of preference. I grew up with the DualShock, but after using the 360 controller for 6 years, the DualShock feels cramped and awkward. I prefer the staggered analog sticks and larger form factor. It feels more solid to me. I feel like the 360 controller is better designed as far as comfort and button placement, but it looks like the PS4 controller is vastly improved in those areas as well. As far as the OS and interface, that's also just preference. It's like asking someone that's been using Windows for years and years what they think about OSX. It's different, so people don't like it when switching. For me, I feel like the Xbox OS is moving forward and becoming better with common updates, while the PS OS seems almost stagnant to me. It's simple, it works fine, but I just prefer the Xbox OS. It's probably due to the similarity to Windows, where the PS OS is kinda its own thing. I'm gonna have to get used to both in this gen though, I'll probably be able to make a better comparison after using both regularly.

I've been using Xbox and PS controller since they first came out, so I guess I have the advantage of knowing both of them. As for interface I could care less, as long as it not riddled with ads.. But the Xbox doesn't have it too bad, just annoying. Especially for apps and stuff.
