Do you know how to read? It's quoting what some Christians and Jews have said in the past and today that they are only the ones that will go to Heaven and the Quran is telling the Christians and Jews if this is true then prove it. The Quran says that Allah doesn't punish without sending a clear message, everyone is judged differently.
