If you had read ALL the terms and conditions, it is clearly stated that the 1 month trial subscription would automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you logged into the account and opted out of it. I've known this for the 10 years I've been on XBL. Read what you sign up for.

As you keep telling everyone to read the post again (and I had some free time to spare), I read it YET AGAIN. Half of what you say is conjecture. You have ZERO proof of any of it, and again, it all comes down to you not reading the damned TOU. Had you actually read it all, you wouldn't be complaining. Do you even own a credit card? $1000 fines? No. Just, no. I can't begin to comprehend wtf you were trying to say there. I don't know a single CC company that sends bills out every 6 months. They bill every month. So if people were getting duped it's because they weren't paying attention the their statements. See if you can track down the Terms and Conditions/Terms of Use for the original Xbox. It'll end your arguments once and for all.
