Neither would die by being dropped from the height of your hands

And you know what he means by "fetus". Think IVF, or crap like this. Now, presented with this knowledge, make your decision.

I bet the fetus dies when that petri dish breaks and its exposed. As for the baby, I get the feeling you underestimate how fragile a baby is.
-
An adult will not die from falling that height, and the weight of an adult is much greater, thus the impact is more severe. I bet you anything the baby lives, though it would depend on how it lands. As for the fetus, if it's in a petri dish, it is already doomed anyway. You can't remove a fetus from the body and have it live with current technology.

Edited by U920628: 9/15/2013 12:56:03 AMActually, a baby and an adult would fall at the same speed, because weight has nothing to do with it. It's all about how durable the body is. As for the foetus being removed from the body... We've been doing that for at least twenty years.

Yes, they fall at the same speed, but the more weight something has, the more easily it will be damaged when it falls. Take for example, an elephant, which will die if it falls from 3 feet, whereas you could drop an ant 100 feet and it would be uninjured.
-
No, the ant would be dead before it hit the ground, and the elephant would be fine.
-
Uh... no. That's wrong

Stay in school, Max.

Edited by P1 Press Start: 9/15/2013 12:19:59 AMWow... you aren't joking. Max, there are some pretty big things to know about babies and the number one rule is to not drop them. This is a new level of dumb. Even for you.
