I'm not so sure. Gjallarhorn is a mythical viking horn, but in Destiny its the name of a rocket launcher.

On a side note: It would be pretty awesome if it turned out to be a Matt Groening Futurama/Simpsons reference.
-
Futurama! Alas, it is no more. :(
-
It is pretty unfortunate, but after the show came to Comedy Central it seemed to go down hill. For me anyway.
-
It should have never been on Comedy Central. It would have done way better on Adult Swim or as a Netflix Original Series.
-
Yeah, I agree, but there were still some pretty good episodes here and there. It probably is time for the series to end though, it had a good run and they did a good job with the last episode.
-
Gjallarhorn means "megaphone" doesn't it? Makes sense to me.
-
Oh yeah. It was meant to be loud. I just don't think the "Cudgel" is literal is all. I should have clarified. My bad.
-
The Gjallahorn sounds like it should be a rocket launcher, its a megaphone of death, Halo had Hammers, I feel like Cudgel of Xanthor sound melee ish, who's to say it's in the final game but I wouldn't doubt it's some sort of giant mae

Fair enough. I guess it could also be a gun that "hits" you hard.
-
Yeah, could be a shotgun.
