Framerate is technically pretty limitless. It's just a matter of what the hardware of any given system is capable of. There are people playing games at 200 frames per second on PC.

  • There is no max. Some games in the beginning will be 60FPS but most will be 30FPS, especially later on when games start looking better. Some games, like COD, may choose to sacrifice quality for FPS, most won't though. And with COD, it's not just the FPS, even if it ran at 30, it would be fine, but the whole thing is just super smooth and fast paced, that's why it's like it. Personally, I don't like it anymore, there's no weight to it. You feel like you're floating hands holding a gun while skating across ice.
