That was patched over and over because of the amount of times someone found a way around it. It was hysterical watching people figure out a way to make it come back.

It's hilarious how fast Destroyers with Falcon/Striker/Whatever get kicked when they enter a lobby

I know, it was actually funny sitting there and seeing how quickly they'd get kicked or try to change classes. Same thing happened to me whenever I show up as a Shadow or Human Vanguard.
