107 Year old man killed in shootout with SWAT

Dying in a shootout at 107 I can think of worse ways to go.

Suicide by cop. Guy was 107. Probably didn't want to wait to go naturally.

Lesson: Just because you have a gun doesn't mean you're in the right to shoot at cops. Also, don't play Saint's Row and GTA.

There are cases where police have used excessive force on old people that didn't pose a threat. This isn't one of them. The guy shot at the cops.
