Even if that was real, it wouldn't be racist. There's no race of "Antarcticans", nor would it only be Antarcticans living there even if it was a race.

What I meant was, in your fictional created world where there is a thing as "Antarcticans", it still wouldn't be racist. I'm not saying they don't exist here, that's too obvious.
