very nice my friend you do a lot of what im doing right now well the same concept atleast i follow up on a lot of what this guys trains http://www.alkavadlo.com definently give you props on he spartan II work out that is very intense!

Thanks, man. I just moved cities so I have a lot more spare time to get those workouts done. I'm going to be switching over from the AC to S2 workout next week.

sure thats np, well they all stem from being in the army for the last 5 years and being deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. They derive from all the crap we wear on long as missions that injure the spine over time. Others like my right shoulder that will need surgery soon is from jumping out of C130s and landing really hard on one of the jumps =/ i also have really bad migranes, my left ear is almost completely deaf, left knee is starting to fail. So yea a pretty good list but thats the price you pay to be a ground pounder :)

Holy shit man, you sound like a -blam!-ing trooper. I'd give you the whole "thank you for protecting freedom" spiel, but I'm sure you've heard it before. :) I don't have the guts to do that sort of thing, so good on you. Anyways, you really can't do anything about injuries. They just have to heal over time, and it can be daunting.
