That's pretty sweet. Now if only they had cross-platform gaming between the Vita and PS4 then I'd be sold on one.
For example: Cross platform co-op Borderlands 2/Minecraft on a PS4 port that is compatible with the Vita port.

I think it needs some more games that support it to make it worthwhile or at least have some high profile games. I'm not familiar with Vita cross-platform titles. I've also thought about having the Vita act as a second controller and a separate screen for local co-op. If Sony somehow pulls that off I'd buy a Vita as second controller in an instant.

They thought about it, but purposefully focused on remote play instead of controller functionality. But people don’t have four eyes, so I think that’s why we are focusing on Remote Play,” [/quote]

I didn't elaborate. Think about you playing a local co-op game with you on the big screen (all to yourself) and your buddy playing on the Vita with his own screen (on the Vita) as player 2. I didn't mean to make it sound like the WiiU controller.

I actually think you can on some games.

Edited by Blazin Phoenix: 8/27/2013 4:38:22 AMI've heard that the Vita has some form of interactivity with PS3/Vita games, but haven't heard a whole lot about it. I'm not up to date on Sony products.
