Police need to have firepower to defend themselves. However I don't care about how much you think you need it all civilian weapons should be made exclusively to have 10 rounds in a magazine.

I have a magazine of 10.. How can I make those 10 bullets stop the gang of five.. especially if they come from different directions? What if some are heavily on drugs.. so 1-3 bullets in them, doesn't stop them from attacking me? Guys.. 10 isn't enough.. There is more evidence and pros to support that more than 10 rounds magazines are fine to have.

Have you ever shot a gun under pressure? You probably wouldn't land half of your shots while people are running at you, unless you've trained under stressful situations... Kids this isn't Call of Duty where your hands don't shake and your breathing is 100% controlled.

I've hunted for years and I've participated in many shooting competitions. Once you've hunted a group of wilds hogs in foot, some other person being a threat isn't that special.

Your hunting the hogs, if there's an intruder on your house and your running for you gun its a different story. You have family to protect and a very limited time. You are mentally prepared for hunting hogs, someone breaking in your home catches you off guard... Different situations not even comparable

Have you ever had a 200 lb boar charge you at night? [i]That's[/i] scary, and catches you off guard. Someone breaking into my home? Stressful, but not so scary. I have the home field advantage, and i know the layout of the place, I highly doubt the burglar will. At a certain point in practice in training what you do no longer requires any real thought, you just do it. You play like you practice.

For sure, you have home field advantage no argument there. We could get into hypotheticals all day, but fact is adrenaline rushes tend to make people make mistakes.... Im not saying no one can make 5 shots and 5 kills, im saying its pretty damn difficult for most. That was my point from the very beginning.

Tell that to all the farmers and ranchers that live in the south that are having millions of dollars of land and crops torn up by wild hogs every year. Or go live in the northwestern U.S. where a lot of people hunt for there food, and come into contact with predators that sometimes take more then ten shots to kill. Or what would happen if the U.S. economy completely collapses and we are invaded by some other country and the militia doesn't have proper equipment to fight back then what? Evil people will always find ways to do evil things, the only thing you'd accomplish in limiting magazine capacity is not let the good people that have a reason to have a 20 round magazine legally own one.

And give every single bad person that has a reason to kill 10-20 people an easy way to commit mass murder. Also half of your post is crazy ramblings there is not going to be any collapse to any countries.

What part of evil people will always find ways to do evil things do you not understand. There's always going to be a way to get ahold of illegal things (illegal drugs for example) So making it illegal wont stop bad things from happening. Over 100,000,000 law abiding Americans own at least one fire arm why punish the majority of us for the dum actions of a few bad people?

And? If they simply removed gun free zones it would be a lot easier than removing every gun or enforcing bullet limits and have the same out come and allow people to own guns. Also your citizens get to stand by and gawk at a soldier get decapitated in the streets.
