I am in no ways an MS supporter and after their display, I'd be happy never giving that company my money, already switched to Ubuntu.
Come on. dude. This is obvious flamebait. That's not an issue you can blame the company for, they can do only so much. Has there ever even been worldwide hardware launch? I doubt it, I'm not even talking games. It takes time to get it to many countries, you can't expect it everywhere at launch. I'd say a few months but the PS2 didn't get to India until 2009. Them's the breaks. I'm pretty sure the same will apply to the other consoles, bar Wii U as it launched last year, should be worldwide by now.
Don't put a damper on the company for that reason, there's plenty more reasons to do so though.
EDIT:
Do you know if there would be a difference from importing an Xbox One in a country that gets it in november?
Large Price difference, their local games will likely not work, or many won't. Many features won't work and it will be in English, not their native language. It will register as a system from your country which could bring issues down the road, not too far down the road. Many long term risks for a home console and a pricey one at that, best wait or get one that's available, or both.

(was that spoiler directed to me?) I know there could be difficulties, but I've tried to contact xbox, xbox uk and the xbox twitter for my country and they all do not answer what the difference could be.
