That is pretty harsh, just go up to her and make a move on her or something though, if she's doing that to your best friend, you should go up to him, shove him off her, grab her by the arm, and take her to another room to talk to her one on one and get closure. Then she can go mess around like a bitch, but you need to settle this more it seems.
