I definitely recommend getting the Citadel DLC.
As for my opinion on the ending, I didn't particularly enjoy the ending, and for a time it soured the SP for me, but I feel like Extended Cut tried its best to fix things, and with the Citadel DLC I was able to forgive Bioware for their sin.

Leviathan was an interesting DLC and you find the origins of the Reapers, but I don't believe it is worth $10.

I never tried Leviathan. Omega was alright, but it may not be worth the cost. It is almost entirely combat driven, so if you don't enjoy shooting up Cerberus even more than you have in the SP, it may make sense to pass on it. Javik is a must buy if you don't already have him though. Like, MUST BUY. Biggest BS I've ever seen making him a DLC character, but I feel he's very important to have to experiencing ME3.

ok. I've played ME2 DLC in the past and enjoyed it so I think I will give them a play. The $14.99 price for Citadel was quite staggering to see.

It is worth it. One of the best story DLCs, you get to hang with your bros one last time, and there are a ton of mini-games, although the Combat Sim doesn't really stand up to the MP, it is a decent substitute if you are anti-social.
