It can also count as stolen content since the information you are directly posting is info they put out there as their main business. Even if its in another language. Yes, I know people can easily find it, and no one is stopping you from discussing it, but just don't directly post scans on the site is all I'm saying.

It's been a rule since I joined five years ago, and I'm sure it was there even before I joined. If I recall correctly, it's considered posting leaked content, which is prohibited in the Code of Conduct. And it is a bannable offense, or it least it was in Bungie.old.
