Managers making me stay at work late then threatening to suspend me if I don't show up at 3-4 am in the morning.

Great! That'll be $1.95. Idk, I've never been used to waking up that early especially since I've been used to STAYING up that early. It's also my first job which is supposed to be part time but they have me on a full time schedule.

Well its good to build character. If you develop a bad work ethic to the point where it almost seems like you dont care that your late or your complaining about your schedule, that will carry over into your career where the job is a little more serious than your average minimum wage first job. I know it probably sucks because your not used to it but the sooner you get used to it the easier it will be when its the real deal.
