Robots can't think, and I don't think they'll ever be able to, so we need not worry about AI rights. (:- )

Some AI's can already learn what you are saying has no foundation if anything it shows your naivety in the area.

I imagine all the people who sensationalize artificial intelligence as thinking have not written a single program, have not understood what a program is: instructions. I have no doubt sophisticated programs can successfully delude onlookers that what they're witnessing is thought, but it'd be no more real than a magician's magic!
