Tell me, do you know what Article I, Section 8 is? Unless you watch Fox and allow your parents to shove bullshit down your throat willingly, you'd understand that the problem isn't with the president, but with Congress itself. Trust me, reading the first article of the Constitution definitely will help you have a stronger hold when you try to ad hominem the government.
