I'll wait until they announce what joining a faction actually does, and some lore behind the factions rather than just picking the icon and name I think is most cool.

I'm going with this as well. I want to know more about them. Factions will probably end up being one of the most interesting and potentially influential part of the of the game so I want info before signing any contracts.
