Thanks dude, glad you like it! I did actually recycle some of the soft parts of this costume, mainly my flightsuit, boots, leg holster, and spats. Most of what you see in the picture above was actually made for this costume though, and those are brand new gloves I'm wearing, haha. The mask is actually two pieces, the bottom is a paintball mask that I modded a bit, and the visor is actually a welding mask that I went to town on. The hood is custom made by my fiance, who's awesome with a needle. The shoulder piece is some EVA foam with a layer of craft foam on top and a couple of washers. The main body of the chest is also EVA foam, with the central chest plate made out of PVC sheet. The knife is actually made out of wood, I threw that together in like a day. I've probably got about $75 plus in the mask, $20 for the foam, about $15 for the gloves, and I don't remember what I spent on the fabric, but I'd say $10 just to put a number on it. That plus all the other pieces of the costume that I didn't have to buy specifically for it, and I'd say I've put at least $200 into this costume. Oh, and don't forget paint and a sealer for the foam, haha!

Haha, no, not yet they don't! Maybe someday if I retire them I'll slap them onto a dvd player =P
