The Vex Death Scene
The members of the mailsack have tortured us about how cool it is if you kill a vex a certain way. (If you have a link I will add it.) So I want to hear what you would think would be a mind blowing death scene for the vex. Get creative 7th column.

2 RepliesHow rad with it be if you killed a boss unit and it's time traveling device malfunctioned and warped the area into a time paradox with everything from dinosaurs to samurai and futuristic animals running around.

2 RepliesI think each class should have an amazing assassination. The Titan could shove his hand into its circuitry and rip out the audio cables and then proceed to ripping its head from its torso. The Hunter should arm lock it and then use a knife to [i]rearrange[/i] its circuitry. The Warlock (I'm hoping for this in all assassinations for this class, with the option to toggle it on or off) should place his hand on its face and use space magic to disintegrate it.

6 RepliesI would like it if they kept trying to kill you until you managed to shoot off at least three limbs. Please, tell me I'm not the only one who wants to have to frantically shoot at Vex that are crawling at me after I blew away their legs with a Titan ground pound. I can't be the only one.

Conjecture: Vex hardware doesn't time travel, just the data/software. That's why they're time-travelling [i]robots[/i], not organics; the energy needed to send just information back and forth through time would be more reasonable compared to large amounts of matter along with said information. It's carried by some kind of wave/particle that can warp, go FTL, whatever. So, some you kill might dramatically transmit themselves through time back to their origin as their hardware ceases function. Probably through the eye somehow, like how BadVampyre13 said, projecting a beam up out into the depths of space, toward some interdimensional relay network. Just a theory; that's how I would write the Vex anyhow. -

Since they're time-traveling robots, maybe if you shoot their time travel thingy they make a time travel explosion?

From what I've heard the vex shoot a beam out of their eye light straight into the sky or something like that

I'd honestly love to see it of some of the wounds you deal to then end up messing with their time traveling systems and triggering a system designed to activate said time travel systems to get them to safety. It could lead to one of three things I can imagine: 1: they merely explode 2: bits and pieces get warped, the bot rips itself apart with it's own ability 3: it warps into itself. The paradox removes this unlucky vex from existence.

The lights on them slowly flicker out as they fall, with their head self destructing as that is where they would keep all their knowledge. I think that would be neat.
