Is anyone getting Assassins Creed IV Black Flag?
I just went and pre ordered Assassins creed IV Black Flag limited edition! I cant wait for that game as well as Destiny and Battlefield 4. I am just seeing if anyone likes assassins creed in the group.

1 ReplyHell No. AC is the Call of Duty of Assassin games. They suck ass. Last AC game I bought was brotherhood. Shit was so boring I couldn't even get passed the first quarter of the game.

Ac4 is made with the same engine whats ac3 made with. So basically i think it would be ac3 but with another look and different story!(still getting it tho)

The world looks fantastic and intriguing. Won't be a day 1 buy but will defiantly check it out down the road. I just got into AC with 3 and loved it.

However, if it is as amazing as they say it is, then I'll get it sooner than that. I'll just wait and see how it does, just in case it's a major flop like Assassin's Creed III.

Personally, not really. Although I liked the AC games, AC3 kinda was a let down to me. I didn't really like Connor as much as the other Assassins. That being said, the whole franchise is slowly drifting away from the whole "Assassin" thing. The naval combat was cool and all, but I don't want a whole game devoted to it. I prefer more Altair style stealth assassination attempts, not like "Oh hey theres that guy I have to kill, let me just shoot him with my four flintlock pistols." [b][i][u]BUT[/u][/i][/b] this is just my [i]opinion.[/i]

I am not. AC is just becoming a tiring series. I always say I want one(happened for III and II) but then I dont get them on release because they look boring.

2 RepliesI've gotten pretty tired of Assassin's Creed. I really only kept playing AC3 for the naval sections, and eventually those got stale. I think Ubisoft should concentrate on other series.

I'm not sad that it's gonna be different, I'm actually glad I'm not getting CoD with swords every year and that they actually try to improve the games. Also Edward seems like a BAMF Ezio would approve of! (It's the tattoos)

I payed full price for the first two games but for the rest I waited until the price dropped. I bought Revelation today for $15 :]. I will buy Black Flag but I'm going to wait until the price drops. I'm going through an AC marathon right now so hopefully my excitement will burn out by the time black flag comes out or else I'll end up getting it for $60. As for Destiny and Battlefield 4 I'll be getting those day one.

Uhmmm interesting, this game is looking pretty good. I don't know how much I like the fact that you have to use a boat to get around. I mean it makes sense for a pirate game but I just don't like that. One of the things that made me not care for Zelda Windwaker was the fact that you had to use that boat to get around. But I don't know I might like it on this game.
