Well that's a problem...but to counteract that (going from your standards of 1 life in games, you die there, you die irl), then there should be a death penalty for killing "real" players.

And how will they know who killed you when you iz dead hmmm...?!

I imagine it is similar to SAO where those that kill other players were marked in red above their player.

Like in any game. Player X killed Player Y Plus it (the game) would be under heavy moderation.

Well no, because it was them who made the "you die in game, you die irl" rule. >.>

The first one nope since there were no regulations, but the second one safety precautions were put in place to prevent people from dying.
