The Nexus has some excellent mods to vastly improve your game's quality, as well as make it look and even sound better. You'll get plenty out of New Vegas, $4.99 is a hell of a deal for 3 good pieces of DLC [spoiler]plus one shoddy one with free crap in the end[/spoiler].
