If they touch nothing except the graphics (ie no bug fixing, etc), then yes. Obviously they won't do that, so no.

They didn't fix the bugs for CEA.

It'd be less effort for them if they didn't fix the bugs, and since people don't want them fixing, it's not likely that they would...
