He couldn't get her to tell him because she got caught right after she looked at L's face. And he couldn't ask her afterward, when she got her memories back, because that stupid bitch forgot the name.

Bruce give Bane a doctor and an exit just to increase his hopes of escaping. That put is torture of the soul, and there can be no true despair without hope. And the TV was there just to magnify the pain Bruce was feeling, to let Bruce truly understand his failure.

Because it's Metal Gear. It's like the Batman of the video game universe. You don't really have to say anything but the fact that it's Metal Gear. There is only Metal Gear.

But that begs the question. Which story, Solid Snake's (MG1, MG2, MGS1,MGS2 and MGS4) or Big Boss' (MGS3, MGSPW and soon to be MGSV) is the better one? And who had the better set of games, snake or Big Boss?

MGS2/3 are my favorites, but MGS2 had Raid1ck in it so... Big Boss.

I'm not a Raiden hater, it's just in MGS2 he was laughable. MGS4 Raiden was getting there, and MGR Raiden was sexy.

Like Gojira said, it was all about the emotional and psychological torture, they didn't just want Bruce dead, they wanted him alive and in pain, but they knew Bruce didn't give a damn about himself or his body, so they attacked his heart instead.
