Marvel tends to gravitate towards anti heros, rather than just blatant villains unlike DC.
But anyway, DC pretty much solos. They have Flash.

If we count omnipotents, Flash can't really do anything... Though excluding omnipotency/nigh omnipotency Flash can pretty much solo every other being in both universes at once.
-
Omnipotents aren't really aligned to heroism/villainy though.

Not in the traditional sense. He/she may be good but that doesn't make him/her a hero. IMO, heroes are Superman, Spider-Man, Captain America etc.
-
Oh. In that case, we have to define villains too. Death seems like a villain, and, uh... well...

There's also a DC Death apparently. Marvel Death is not omnipotent. IIRC in the Infinity Gauntlet story arc she tasked Thanos with wiping out half the universe. Something which obviously she cannot even do.

Ah. Death was killed too, right? Oh, speaking of which, have you heard of how in the New 52 (Justice League #22) Superman
straight up murders Dr. Light out of rage in the beginning of the comic? Wonder if there's gonna be a sh1tstorm surrounding that now...
(Don't read the spoiler if you don't want... spoilers...)

You know, the more I hear about the New 52 the more I don't like it.
-
The New 52's decent though! Superman Unchained and Superman/Batman were awesome IMO.
