I don't see any emphasis here on appearance still have people over weight it seems that people who are sensitive about temselves get mad or jealous to where they feel offended for some reason just because a magazine wanted a classy ad that make people think I'd tap that or why is she doing that pose? To get attention!

From what I've seen, a lot of the emphasis comes from people, not media. It seems like every woman wants to look like a model and will do anything to make it happen, especially after someone criticizes their appearance. Some think they'll be more socially acceptable if they're more attractive, which isn't necessarily true.
