You should only be allowed to smoke inside your house.
For being a person who cares so much about the effects of smoke, you really have no clue about anything. Smoking in an enclosed area is much more harmful than smoking outside, the residue lingers, effecting whoever moves in after you.
Just don't walk so close to people smoking. I know it's unavoidable sometimes, but it's not going to kill you.

Edited by Master Chief: 7/10/2013 9:08:27 PMI don't care about the health of people smoking. They're choosing to ruin their own lives. They shouldn't be allowed to negatively affect the health of other people. If the smoking leaves a permanent residue, the smoker should be forced to pay for it.

That wasn't my point. My point was, if they all had to smoke inside their homes, whoever moves into that home when they move out is going to be effected by it. It's much better if they smoke outside in a secluded area.

Yeah, I said if there was a residue, the smoker should pay to have it removed. But if that's not possible, a secluded area is good. Right now there are some secluded areas, but it should be smokers can smoke ONLY in secluded areas. They shouldn't be able to smoke in public areas.

I'm totally open to the idea of designated smoking areas. I think they should be able to smoke, and I also think people should be able to walk in smoke free areas.
