It was a limited shirt available a while back for both real and as an avatar item on XBL, and I have never removed it from my avatar since purchasing it when it became available.

Well I don't know if its necessarily "limited" but I don't recall seeing it on the Bungie store since, and I'm completely unsure if you can still get it on XBLA or not, but something like amazon maybe. I still do want an actual shirt myself lol, makes me sad I missed it. lol.
