wow you just used my favorite setting to describe a character. You should get a fanfiction account. I am currently working on a destiny story and this is great.

I know that some non-zero number do, so you have at least a fair chance of getting your story noticed, especially if it's well-written. Writing fan fiction, let alone posting it to Bungie.net, is kind of a new venture for me, as well, so I don't really have a lot of experience to give you an informed answer, I'm afraid. You're more than welcome to post your story in my fan fic group, though. It is, after all, why the group exists. :)
