One of the most friendly and personable people I've ever met.
He doesn't just put on a smile and a friendly disposition for the cameras, that's his real personality.
Just have to monitor where he's headed. Eventually, he'll end up within a reachable distance, and you can at least attend a conference or talk. Me meeting him was a matter of money, not luck, though (The backstage passes were a Christmas present).
In Connecticut, there was a talk including him, Neil Gaiman, and an architect named Neri Oxman, called "Vision and Brilliance." I, along with about twenty other people (Out of the roughly 3000 that were there), had the opportunity to go backstage and meet them, and I spoke with him for a short while.
A great day, that was.
