Destiny, Forge, Lobbies
Will bungie return to forge or something similar in destiny? Maybe even terrain editing?

1 ReplyWow, I was reading some more comments, and I have to say that people are quite pessimistic about this. Think about this, the game may be focused on coop, but there is also a competitive system being made. We don't know anything about it. But then again, if you look at halo and how successful the forge was, my guess would be that forge will hold a place somewhere in this system hopefully. (Or it might come in a later game)

Forge is one of my favorite thing that bungie has done. It would be awesome to see them put some variation of it in destiny, and hopefully expand on it.

I would only like to see forge in competitive maps, personally.

This is the first thread in a long time that I have seen talking about forge. I would love to have it, and would be thrilled to see it take place.

I would love a forge feature, but I think we'll have to wait and see.

I'm assuming that they'll have custom lobbies for pvp, which means they'll probly (hopefully) have specific maps.

The focus is co-op. Even though there will be pvp, I seriously doubt that they will put in as much effort as a whole new forge system.

I hope there is a Forge mode like for making your private base area, but even more so for weapons and vehicles!

Well, there will be a multiplayer, so it's possible.

Well they said they would have multiplayer. Maybe they will have custom maps for that element of the game. Hopefully that'll mean custom games and the possibility of forge
