How about some type of weapon that had a mechanism that would launch projectiles down a tube (we could call it a barrel!) using an ignition system. Then more projectiles could be fed into some type of chamber! We could call what the projectiles are held in a book... No that doesn't sound right... Hmmm...

Sounds good, but a bit unrealistic. Try to think of weapons that humans would use. I've already thought of a template for advanced weaponry.
