Splinter Cell. The two most recent installations have rewarded a guns blazing, shoot em up kind of play style, while hurting those wanting to be stealthy. Hopefully it gets foxed with the next installment.

Conviction wasn't [i]that[/i] bad. While you could just turn it into a TPS it did reward stealth, especially on higher difficulties. Try running around on Realistic just shooting enemies and see how many times you die.
