I was just playing the alpha and I swear to god I heard Nathan Fillion and Gina Torres both. Fillion was the Hunter vanguard in the tower and Torres was out giving missions in Old Russia.

Mark Meer would be awesome, hell he could do the voices for the Fallen or Hive, he was all of the Hanar and Vorcha in Mass Effect.
