Halo's Reclaimer "Trilogy" could be expanded into a saga
.

Basically, we should be expecting more than 3 main Halo games.
What are your thoughts on there possibly being more Halo after Halo 6?
Also, do you guys think what we saw in E3 is Halo 5, or some other spin-off game, to pad out this saga more?

4 RepliesDidn't you hear, OP? Halo died last year. It was a horribly brutal murder. Some gang named "343" killed it. But it's dead and buried now. Best to move on with life and remember it for what it was, not the messy crime scene it became.

As long as we finally get something in the Covenants perspective, I'll be happy. There's a lot of stories to be told before they ever met humanity, which could make for some great campaigns.

I can guarantee the next Halo game is going to make people look back on Halo 4 and think "I'd rater play Halo 4 than Halol 5 because at least it was the last good Halo game". We have a fu**ed up community.

If I've said it once, I've said it 1500 times: If you have such a grandiose story to tell, make the campaigns significantly longer. If that goes beyond three games, so be it. But Halo 4 was a quick campaign to enjoy for a game I hardly have the time to play anymore. It's become a $60 paperweight due to the crappy multiplayer offerings.

After the first trilogy you knew Halo was going to go on forever. It's Microsoft's Mario. Don't pretend like you all thought you were just signing up for one more trilogy with Halo 4.

I'm really glad that I've jumped off......I have no hopes for this whatsoever, 343i has already showed me how little they think of Halo, I'm done with them, I will sit here on the sidelines watching the savage train wreck and passing the popcorn to anyone else who joins me. M$ and 343i won't be getting another cent off Halo from me >__<

It's been called the Reclaimer Saga for awhile. Not because they're making more than 3 games, but because they have supplementing EU Lore to go along with it.

No suprise. The third trilogy could be about the full Precursor return while this one is about reclaiming the mantle and becoming the new protectors of the galaxy. Humanity at this moment is not ready as they are not only weak but ONI is acting like Faber's builders did before. And history repeats itself.

Like Halo 7, 8 etc? I'd be fine with it-- I enjoy the games, so I don't care if they keep on making them. Although I hope they go back to their roots. Spin offs.. meh. Never played Halo wars and whatnot but that doesnt mean its bad. im sure a lot of people would be pretty psyched
