It wasn't in that trailer, but was shown during the conference. There are videos of that.

I just watched it again. The only mechs I saw were the Vex. That's not what you're talking about, is it?

Also when they show the base art for each alien enemy note the Fallen placard has a mech like tank on it far different from the Devil Walker and it looks a lot like what is standing in the snow covered city.

I am going to have to rewatch it but it's there, no not Europa. It's a street scene in a snow covered city and a mech is leaning up against the building with figures marching through the streets. Also the placard is enemy number 2 which is green as speed bikes on it and a mech on the side.
