Well the two biggest reasons that I'm seeing ps4 exclusive content are that the system can handle it, or maybe it is a show of good faith. For all we know the content might be a weapon, a character, or even a piece of armor. Being that Bungie hasn't made playstation games in a long time, it might be a show of good faith for a renewed union. It is also already stated the game itself will look best on ps4, but maybe it can handle more content as well. After all the system was built with and for the developer's use just as much as it is for our playing.

First of all i dont bother about DLC or Exclusive content, never have, never will, i got B2 the whole cabundle of shit, and just got pissed with all the hassle with logins and codes, just to get some skins, ridiculous! And why i changed my mind buying the X1, is because the harware wont cut it for a next gen if you want smooth sailing and graphics, you buy a PS4, simple as that, its not because of price or gamelineup either. i just stoped liking microsoft and the way they handle their customers. I have tonnes of games for X1 "The real Xbox one" and i have a bunch of X360s and games for them as well. Did we in europe get any satisfaction regarding the Falcon burnouts and Rrods, Nooope, just have to buy new, MS did not care about us at all. And of latest, the Hardware, statments and Bullshit, well no more And im no PSfanMan to talk about, sure i had a PS1, but no PS2 or 3 Maybe developers should aim of getting their games together instead och DLC, Patch or port us to death!

Keep in mind though that game deadlines are the same if not shorter than what they used to be. While this is the way it is, making games is taking longer and much more money. That is why you see teams on the massive scale like Bungie. Yes Devs should get their games together, but at the same time they have deadlines they need to meet and many things they need to get through. That is why games like TES or Fallout series will have bugs. Things get cut sometimes, but they gotta get cut for the sake of the company doing what they are doing. DLC is mostly made after the "final product" is ready. The DLC is just a way to help the company make a little extra money. Games aren't cheap.

Sony and Bungie made a "long term partnership"...the quote signs are there for dramatic effect.
