What do you think of the abolition of the classes? Do you think it's appropriate that a cleaner for example, can earn the same amount of money as a Doctor under a Communist system? Do you think Communism and a democratic leadership can both be attained?

Eliminating millionaires and billionaires to compensate for the very poorest is a much better and more fair solution. The chart above shows how more socialist countries like Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark have very low levels of income inequality. Technically, a communism is void of government, so it'd be impossible to have a true communism with a democratic system.

So what would be the incentive to get people into the more academically required careers?

As it is, increased income. And yeah, if you haven't noticed, I'm only just a socialist calling myself a communist to sound edgy.
