It's used for different things. Cascading Style Sheet(CSS), is a style plugin for Hyper Text Machine Language(HTML) C++ really doesn't apply here. If you press Ctrl + U you can edit the output script on any page you want. That's just for your computer's display though, If you want everybody else to see it, it has to be added to the server info, or added to the server info of a program that changes the script for viewing as long as the other computer is running that program. That is what Coup does.
