For the first one, no.
For the second one, certainly not, but we don't know what the limit will be yet.

You sure for the first one? I remember Xbox and Xbox 360 people could talk to each other.

MS said the two weren't compatible, so I took that to mean both games and features.

I think you could probably party chat between the xbone and 360. I don't see why not.
