Well that depends on who is doing the foreplay since the way it is written it sounds more like it can go either way. Also my dad isn't gay.

Umm the latter would never happen. Also why would you want foreplay other than to lube it up and in that case just use lube?

Doesn't everyone have do foreplay before sex? Most should.

I agree, but I personally consider foreplay mainly for the girl. Don't get me wrong it is nice for the guy, but the sex is more important at least imo.
