  • Yeah lol, but I was asking if you met people IRL whom you had first me online.

  • I don't see how meeting people IRL first and adding them later is the "normal" way. If I were to take a guess, I'd say that the vast majority of people's online friend lists on XBL and similar platforms is made up out of people they met online.

  • I don't add people i don't know otherwise i only play with them once and never see them again... It always happens, and i don't see a reason to keep you in my friends list if we never play or only played halo once and never saw each other again. So if i met them and talked to them and see if they play then i add them. But there's even been awkward moments when i've deleted people i've known. Regardless, Nobody needs 100+ friends... that's really for internet celebrity egos, dumb gamer groups with raging boners for competitive edges, and fanboy stalkers. I rather have 5 really good friends than 1000 bad ones.

  • Who ever said anything about all that? I only disagree with what you think is "normal". If anything, by the internet's norm, meeting people irl first before they make it on your friends list is rather abnormal. Besides, who says you can't have or make good friends online? I met my girlfriend on the internet and I'm in a private group with a bunch of great friends I've talked to pretty much every single day for the past 3 years.
