no. Kojima said MGS 4 was never going to xbox(this was during the reign of the 360). someone should ask them to do a port of MGS4 to the next generation PS4 and Xbox one consoles since they both use internal HDDs and blu-ray drives. since both consoles are now using x86 architecture similar to what a computer uses instead of custom software, it shouldn't be too hard to do.
