If I remember correctly. You and your friend can't share the same game, from the same Library at the same time. That means you both can't play from that file at the same time, or even together on two seperate consoles.

Correcto. One copy of a game is one copy; just like you can't have a physical disk in two places at once, you can't have the digital "bits" in two places at once.
