I don't attempt to bench at all. I don't want something to happen to my back

  • If you bench using your back, you'll hurt your back. Otherwise that you should be fine.

  • When your back is filled with titanium it's not a joke and who bumped this?

  • If you're properly benching you really shouldn't be working much in your back

  • The post was made back when my back was still healing. I haven't been to the gym in a while and the only one around is Planet Fitness and they don;t really have a bench press, i mean it's not a free barbell, it's attached to the machine. And my shoulder still feels weak from the surgery I did in March, my range of motion is better and I can lift like 10 pounds over my head with one hand but after only a few reps I have to stop. I have dumbbells at home
