I honestly don't know yet. I know I'll have to get one if I want to play Destiny 2. That or a PS4, anyway. But... money. My computer is actually falling apart (and I mean that quite literally- tape going around and around and around my ancient laptop is the only thing holding the plates together right now) so I'll need another one of those. To get that AND a console? It's not looking good.
Who knows? Maybe Bungie will invite me on a magical journey and reward me with a console someday.
... What? A pizza place just sent me $40 in free food there due to my excessive customer loyalty, so why not a console from game developers? Hey- A man can dream.

Heh, developer loyalty rewards would be hella sweet. Still, I completely agree on the cost front. My PC is running just fine aside from the main intake fan being a noisy bastard, so money-wise I seem to be in the clear to get one. I've also noticed a few PS3s for less than £170 pre-owned, so I'm really considering trying one out. If I don't like it, I'll resell it and take the loss.
